When will my order ship?

Due to the handmade nature of our products, please allow 5-7 business days before your order ships.

My tracking says delivered, but I did not recieve anything. What can I do?

Please contact your local post office for information regarding the location of your package and file a Missing Mail Search on the USPS website.

Can I return my pet tags?

Because all pet tags are personalized, I cannot accept returns of these items. If your pet tag was delivered with an error on our end please email kat@kittysclub.com for help.

I entered my personalization info wrong, what can I do?

As long as your order has not shipped, I am happy to adjust your tag information. Please reach out to kat@kittysclub.com with your order number and corrections.
